The photographs above shows mixed size marble floor tiles, where although the floor had only been down 11 months the Ivory grout had discoloured badly. Fortunately we able to restore it to its former glory and we have sealed the grout to ensure it remains so.

Granite/Marble Worktops |
To maintain Lustre and Patina on glossy Granite or Marble worktops use the Stone Patina Spray.
Recommended for use on all polished stone countertops, tabletops, and non-traffic surfaces. |
Polished Marble
Polished marble generally doesn't require sealing however it will need regular cleaning and occasional re-polishing. |
The polished marble floor above was first cleaned using Tile Doctor Pro-Clean to remove ingrained dirt from the stone and grout, the Marble was then re-polished using Tile Doctor Burnishing pads. |
Marble Maintenance
For regular cleaning use a sealer friendly cleaning product such as Neutral Tile Cleaner which has been especially formulated for the regular cleaning of Sealed Stone and Tile surfaces keeping them fresh with a pleasant mint scent. |
Use Tile Doctor Pro-Clean Tile & Grout cleaner to effectively clean tiles, highly effective against Wax Sealers, Grease, Grime and general dirt build up.
For difficult floors mix Pro-Clean with Nanotech Ultra Clean for a double whammy cleaning solution. Nanotech-Ultra Clean incorporates Nano technology to help lift the dirt from the tiles (it really works), especially useful for those hard to clean floors where the dirt has ingrained itself over many years. Remove the dirty solution using a wet-dry vac machine.
Neutralise the floor with clean water and leave to dry fully before sealing.
Apply Tile Doctor Ultra-Seal premium sealer using a clean dry terry cloth (not the fluffy variety). Rub Sealant into the tile. Allow to dry before applying a second coat. Use a water test to achieve full cure sealability (F.C.S.).
PLEASE NOTE: Most sealers break down after 2-3 years (depending on usage) and will need to be re-applied. |
Tile Doctor recommends Burnishing Pads, use with a buffing machine to bring out the shine on a polished stone floor. |
